Jeff Belkora, PhD, is the Director of Decision Services. Jeff is an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Institute for Health Policy Studies at UCSF. Shelley's training includes a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science Interdisciplinary Studies from San Francisco State University (2004), and a Master’s Degree in Education from San Francisco State University (2007).
